Our Wedding Cakes Available Flavours

It is important to our company that the ingredients used in our wedding cakes are the best quality we can aquire, also that the flavor and texture of our cakes is to the highest standard.

We use Organic Welsh Butter, organic cane sugar, free range eggs and organic flour.

To that is then added the flavourings;

  • Madagascan vanilla
  • Welsh honey
  • organic lemons
  • organic oranges
  • organic bananas
  • fair trade or organic nuts
  • fair trade cocoa
  • high quality fondant icing
  • fair trade dried fruit.

Our wedding cakes come in a variety of flavors;

Vintage Fruit Cake

Made with above ingredients, vintage sherry, port, rum or whiskey.

Fruity Carrot Cake

This cake is made from a very fruity and nutty mixture with plenty of spices giving it a unique flavor.

Fresh Lemon Cake

This cake is very moist with an melt in the mouth citrus flavor under-laid with welsh honey. It is dense and moist but not at all heavy.

Fresh Orange Cake

This cake is very moist with an melt in the mouth citrus flavor under-laid with welsh honey. It is dense and moist but not at all heavy.

Vanilla Cake

This cake is made from Madagascan vanilla pods and also welsh honey. Light texture, full of flavor and moist.

Chocolate Cake

This cake is dense but not heavy made with fair trade cocoa and welsh honey. it can also if requested have good quality coffee added to become a Mocha chocolate cake

Banana and Cinnamon Cake

A very light cake whipped to create a delicate mouse texture prior to cooking. No whole or chunks in cake.
